Biography

Francesca Ani began her journey to Christian Contemporary music at the tender age of 5 years old. From the time she could speak, Francesca was singing. In 2015, Francesca’s honest and heartfelt style won over the judges of a Tampa Bay Talent Search. Inspired by women such as Lauren Daigle and Carole King, in 2016 Francesca released her first pop EP, “Open Your Arms.”  Although her heart always called her to perform, her faith ultimately led her to use her gift for more than just entertainment. Francesca’s passion and grace convey the message of the gospel with light and joy for any listener no matter their faith. Francesca is currently focusing on youth ministry and youth worship around the greater Tampa area, and is set to release new songs later this year. You can find Francesca’s music on all streaming platforms.

Note from Fran

  • HI FRIEND! Thanks for coming to my website! It’d be supah cool if we could share some stories with each other  Since I can already tell we’re going to be great friends and all, you can call me Fran!

Fun fact: Didn’t settle on the nickname Fran until I was in High School! When I was a kid they used to call me Franny

  • One of my favorite parts of singing and writing Christian music is hearing a good “Glory Story”. You know, one of those stories where God is just out here blowing your mind?! If you have one I’d looooove to hear it. Feel free to dm me on insta or send a quick email!

I learned the term “Glory Story” from the Music Director at the Christian radio station I volunteer at!

  • I’m only 5 feet tall, still hoping to hit a late growth spirt. Movies with dogs make me cry. This also includes commercials for movies about dogs. Favorite TV shows are The Office and Friends, but I have Food Network on in the background at least 10 hours a day. In my head I’m an awesome professional chef and baker, but in real life I should probably stick to singing. Born and raised in Tampa, Florida and I love every minute of it. I go to Disney way more than the socially acceptable amount but that’s okay.

Now it’s your turn, tell me about YOU! This friendship is a two-way street, and I truly and honestly want to hear your story
